Congratulations on your decision to explore teaching as a career and thank you for considering GoTeach11. Our certification program is only one of the many services provided by Education Service Center Region 11.

ESC Region 11 provides a wide range of services to 77 school districts, 17 public charters, 149 private, and 98 charter schools. Our teacher certification program, formerly known as Teacher Preparation Program (TPP) is well-established, reputable, and successful and is the reason that administrators and Human Capital personnel regularly encourage individuals to choose our program.

As a matter of fact, our program has been around since 1990 and was the first alternative program in the area. We are committed to providing a strong support system with timely technical assistance and ongoing feedback. We believe that effective teacher training cannot be done in an online-only format, yet we understand the convenience of online learning. Therefore, we have worked diligently to design a blended program that allows the convenience and flexibility of online work yet uses our face-to-face time for vital in-person interaction, practice, and feedback.

It is our desire to accommodate the needs of working professionals and individuals with busy schedules so our face-to-face training is primarily offered in the evenings and on Saturdays. Training is provided by ESC Region 11 specialists who are current in their fields of expertise.
